Tattooing minors charges: Darren Alexander Rose, 22, of 15 Biddle Acres, Carmichaels, was charged Thursday with two counts of tattooing minors after state police said he gave tattoos to two 16-year-olds Dec. 8 at a home on Covered Bridge Road in Holbrook. The juveniles’ guardians were not present, and they did not give permission for the minors to get tattoos, police said.
