Brockway Ave., Morgantown, W.Va., were charged Friday in connection with a reported altercation at Bald Hill Church and Taylortown roads. Todd faces simple assault, theft and harassment charges, while Gorius is charged with simple assault and harassment. State police responded to the area and found a silver sedan in the middle of the road. Gorius told police she and her boyfriend, Todd, had been driving to his home when they began to argue. The argument allegedly turned physical, with the pair slapping one another. Todd allegedly took the keys out of the ignition, got out, popped the hood and pulled wires from the car before running away. Todd was located at his home. Police said both had facial injuries and were arrested.
Assault charges: Jeremy James Reda, 41, of 221 W. Church Ave., Masontown, was charged with terroristic threats, public drunkenness and two counts each of simple assault and harassment Friday in connection with an incident May 16. Sheila Pritchard said Reda shoved her to the floor, at which point Pritchard’s son, Travis Smith, tried to intervene and pull Reda away. Reda allegedly pushed Smith into a glass cabinet, breaking the glass and cutting Smith’s left shoulder. Reda then allegedly picked up a piece of broken glass and threatened to kill Pritchard, cutting her wrist with the glass when he swung it at her. Police were unable to speak with Reda due to his level of intoxication, according to the criminal complaint. He was taken to WHS-Greene.

He allegedly took her cellphone and threw it against her vehicle, shattering the screen and damaging the liftgate. Damages, according to the criminal complaint, totaled more than $500.
