South Strabane police charge several with theft
South Strabane Township police recently filed theft-related charges against several people accused of stealing from different stores in the township.
Kellie M. Rush, 21, of 8 Huston St., Monessen, and Krista McIvor, 19, of 110 Reservoir Ave., Monessen, were each charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items from Kohl’s, Strabane Square, June 26. Rush is also charged with defiant trespass because she had been banned from stores in the chain after she was reportedly caught stealing from a store in Ohio.
Also charged in separate thefts from Kohl’s are Louanne Saunoras, 43, of 430 Blue Jay Drive, Canonsburg, and Jessica R. Chronister, 32, of 127 Devils Den Road, Burgettstown. Saunoras faces two counts of retail theft after reportedly stealing twice from the store July 3. Chronister, who allegedly stole from the store July 2, is also charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia.
Donna Jo Roman, 55, of 212 Fourth St., Charleroi, is charged with felony retail theft for allegedly stealing an item from Lowe’s, Strabane Square, July 1.
Kassie Lynn Dillard, 33, of 1370 Allison Ave., Washington, is charged with retail theft and possession of heroin after she allegedly stole clothing from Gabriel Brothers, 460 Washington Road, July 6.
