Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Daniel Jay Kennedy, 29, 332 Washington Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged April 7, 2014; sentence – $300 fine.

Ashley Louise Burnsworth, 35, 242 Headley Road, Washington; simple assault and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged Aug. 30; sentence – two years of probation, $300 fine and no contact with the victim.

Hugh Keating, 78, 213 Saint Mary Cemetery Road, East Brady; two counts of corruption of minors; charged July 25, 2017; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim.

Justin Lee Naper, 39, 1519 Eckert St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Target.

Tasha Fleming, 26, 549 Thompson Ave., Donora; endangering the welfare of children; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ladawn Marie Gordon, 23, 127 S. 13th St., Jeannette; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 3; sentence – $300 fine.

James Julian Zober, 56, 520 Liberty St., Apt. 706, California; theft; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 30 days in jail, 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Shayla Sidney Chandler, 21, 52 Laurel Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Nov. 2; sentence – $300 fine.

Charles Terrell, 42, 611 Seventh St., Charleroi; accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and careless driving; charged Oct. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and $300 fine.

Brian David Guta, 49, 312 Hornhead Road, Westland; accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and careless driving; charged Dec. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and $300 fine.

Charles R. Sanner, 36, 405 E. Main St., West Newton; retail theft; charged Jan. 10; sentence – six months of probation and restitution.

Sayvon Ronnell Carter, 21, 328 Washington Ave., Apt. 3, Charleroi; theft and two counts of simple assault; charged Jan. 22 and March 8; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Lauren Nicole Lint, 29, 329 Main St., Belle Vernon; false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged Feb. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jeremiah Robert Cox, 18, 657 High St., California; resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; charged April 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Aaron O. Payne, 52, 316 First St., Monessen; theft and conspiracy to commit burglary; charged April 14, 2015; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, five years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Christopher Richards, 33, 1130 Summerlea Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; criminal mischief; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
