Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:
Dana Ruth Johnson, 55, 1065 Ninth St., Waynesburg; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 17, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Eric Scott Carrell, 25, 596 E. Maiden St., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged May 3, 2017; sentence – 15 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 85 days on electronic home monitoring, six months of probation, $1,300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Amy Blaker, 26, 145 Goslin Road, Rices Landing; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 40 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Kristopher James Strejcek, 32, 769 Sixth St., Pitcairn; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Shawn I. Bistarkey, 39, 214 Washington Ave., Hickory; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 28; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Derry Ray Shreve, 39, 1588 Avella Road, Avella; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 6; sentence – six months of probation and $1,000 fine.
John Robert McFall Jr., 41, 114 Hamilton St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Dec. 18; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
William Henry Greene, 26, 339 Boulevard of Allies, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 120 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Steven J. Arnold, 33, 300 Clavale Drive, North Versailles; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 20; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Shane Thomas Noel, 30, 325 King Air Circle, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Justin M. Fee, 36, 155 W. Pike St., Canonsburg; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 16; sentence -5½ years in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 10 days of ScramX monitor, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Donna Joy Jackowski, 49, 1216 Thomas St., Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 26; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Devon James Stevenson, 22, 996 S Bridge Road, Prosperity; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 30; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Brooke Sierra Williams, 21, 64 Run St., Slovan; criminal mischief; charged Nov. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Mary Arleta Plumley, 50, 209 E. Second Ave., Langeloth; two counts of simple assault; charged Nov. 25, 2016, and Oct. 3, 2017; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.
Drew Taylor Scholato, 27, 97 Dewey Ave., Washington; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged March 4; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
