CANONSBURG

Burglary: A resident of East Pitt Street reported to police that $300 and h an engagement ring were taken from her home. Police said she witnessed a man in and near her yard and believes he may have broken into her home early Friday morning. Police said they are using a neighbor’s surveillance footage to investigate. 

Assault alleged: Christina Loga, 33, of 522 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, is charged by borough police with strangulation, harassment and simple assault, court records show. Loga is accused of choking Andrea Admire, throwing a glass object at her and hitting her in the head with a laundry basket about 11 a.m. Saturday. She is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

CARROLL

Threat alleged: Mark A. Trombetta, 35, of 57 Marion Villa, Washington Township, Fayette County, is charged by Carroll police with making terroristic threats and threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction, court records show. Police accuse him of threatening to blow up Monongahela Valley Hospital while talking on the telephone with a medical records employee about 8:30 p.m. July 25. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Monday via summons.

CHARLEROI

Assault alleged: Keyonta McIntyre, 25, of 314 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. He is accused of striking Zakhary Abbott several times in the head about 2 p.m. Saturday outside of McIntyre’s residence. McIntyre is free on $1,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

DONEGAL

Vehicle stuck: A vehicle driven by Justin Saavedra, 27, of Claysville, ran off the ramp of Interstate 70 east at the West Alexander exit early Sunday and got stuck in a ditch, state police said. Saavedra left the scene, police said. 

HANOVER

Assault alleged: Hannah Lynn Klepacz, 22, of Pittsburgh, is charged by township police with simple assault, public drunkenness, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse her of slapping and punching Austin Winberg and also pulling his hair and tearing his shirt on a pedestrian walkway at KeyBank Pavilion about 12:15 a.m. Saturday. She is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Charged in fight: Stacie Jo Frasco, 28, and Dennis Vincent Frasco, 30, both of South Park, are each charged by township police with simple assault stemming from a fight about 11:40 p.m. Saturday at KeyBank Pavilion, court records show. He faces an additional charge of strangulation. Both are free on bonds set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

HOUSTON

Man jailed: Randall Lee Bell, 27, of 700 Main St., Houston, is charged by state police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, court records show. He is accused of climbing into the back seat of a car belonging to his girlfriend, Billie Jo Labutis, and placing his forearm around her neck to choke her Saturday in a parking lot in the 100 block of West Pike Street. Bell is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

PETERS

Woman jailed: Gabrielle Grace-Marie Crews, 27, of 312 Quail Run Road, Peters Township, is charged by township police with aggravated assault and simple assault, court records show. Police accuse Crews of slicing the right index finger of Brandon Ogg during a struggle over a large kitchen knife during an argument in her residence about 6:30 a.m. Sunday. She is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

SOMERSET

Burglary charges: Matthew Michael Snyder, 35, of 103 Woodcock Drive, Aliquippa, was charged by state police with burglary, theft and criminal mischief after he allegedly stole $1,500 worth of copper wiring from an AT&T cell tower site last month. Police said Snyder allegedly got through a fence to steal the copper at the site, 34 Hoge Summit Road, between June 1 and July 11. 

Card fraud: State police reported a fraudulent charge was made Thursday on a debit card belonging to Lisa Dorazio of Eighty Four. 

WASHINGTON

Assault alleged: Diana Bratcher, 49, of 466 W. Chestnut St., Washington, is charged by city police with simple assault and harassment over allegations she struck Velora Phillips in the head and kicked her about 7:15 a.m. Sunday in Bratcher’s residence, court records show. She is free on $2,500 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Wallet taken: A wallet, with cash, identification cards and bank cards, was reported stolen while a Washington woman was at the Washington Park pool with her children Thursday. 

Theft: A resident in the 900 block of East Maiden Street, reported to Washington police that on Thursday she came home to find her doors unlocked and slightly ajar. By Sunday, she noticed more than $2,500 worth of jewelry had been stolen, police said.
