Resisting arrest: James Frederick Nehls, 35, of 6 Vesta 7 Road, Brownsville, was charged with felony retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest after an incident Saturday at Walmart in Franklin Township. Nehls allegedly attempted to push a cart with $719 worth of merchandise out the store, state police said. Nehls ran from officers into the parking lot and was eventually tackled by police. Nehls also had drug paraphernalia on his person, police said.
