Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Eric W. Johnson, 29, 255B Duncan Ave., Washington; terroristic threats; charged July 25, 2016; sentence – eight to 16 months in jail.
Michael Sebastian Sherry, 37, 113 Stonegate Drive, Canonsburg; two counts of simple assault; charged April 30; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with the victims.
Brian Harry Harding, 49, 279 Community Street, Vestaburg; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged July 6, 2014; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with the victims.
Tyrone Andreas Steals, 27, 1809 Roemer Boulevard, Farrell; bad checks; charged Nov. 3, 2012; sentence – six months of probation and restitution.
Robert Lee Sutterfield, 64, 3693 Route 40, Washington; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; charged Oct. 27, 2013; sentence – three to 12 months in the intermediate punishment program and 90 days on electronic home monitoring.
Mcall L. Argirakis, 30, 168 Kott Lane, Smithton; two counts of simple assault; charged Aug. 16; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.
Thomas A. Clipp, 35, 241 Miller Road, Aleppo; retail theft; charged June 21, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Donald K. Riggle, 51, 454 Pittsburgh St., Bentleyville; delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 6 and Nov. 14; sentence – one to two years in jail and five years of probation.
Christopher L. Paxon, 33, 2563 Monroeville Boulevard, Monroeville; theft; charged Oct. 27; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Sweet Frog.

Mercedes Renee Stamm, 24, 220 Onyx Circle, Canonsburg; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking; charged July 4 and 13, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 18 months of probation, $1,000 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and no contact with the victim.
Stephen John Veltri, 59, 43 Paul St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 27, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Julia Alexis Star, 34, 116 Morton St., New Eagle; illegal operation of vehicle without ignition interlock and reckless driving; charged March 11, 2017; sentence – 90 days of probation and $500 fine.
Patrick Kyle, 37, 227 Knox Ave., Monessen; simple assault; charged June 16, 2014; sentence – 30 days in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with the victims.
Charles J. Baker, 30, 2068 Angle Ave., Wheeling, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Jan. 3, 2017; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Kohl’s.
Michael Curtis Mallory, 28, 860 John Drive, North Versailles; disorderly conduct; charged April 10, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Tina Carr, 47, 605 Highland Ave., Apt. 5, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged June 9, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Crystal Marie Bruce, 36, 414 Oakland Ave., Charleroi; flight to avoid apprehension and false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged June 16 and 30, 2017; sentence- 24 months of probation.
Joshua Greene, 33, 659 Martin Road, Belle Vernon; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; charged July 14, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Anthony Jordan Hettenschuller, 21, 1003 Spring St., McDonald; harassment; charged July 14, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.
Jason Walker Rubin, 36, 1400 Main St., Apt. 243, Canonsburg; insurance fraud; charged Aug. 21; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Latoya M. Rosiek, 33, 1 Oak St., Muse; retail theft, cruelty to animals and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 7, Aug. 12 and Sept. 3, 2017; sentence – 36 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Richard John Unrue, 23, 1621 Weirich Ave., Washington; theft; charged April 27, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Kristoffer Michael Ion, 26, 108 Gerri Lane, Harmony; theft; charged Aug. 30, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Oscar Eugene White, 39, 580 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of firearms not to be carried without a license; charged Aug. 4 and Sept. 30; sentence – one to two years in jail, five years of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Johanne Minetti, 47, 739 Angelspur Lane, Slippery Rock; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 18; sentence – $300 fine.
Thomas Stanko, 53, 520 Woodland Road, Canonsburg; two counts of simple assault; charged Oct.11; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
Sherman Brown, 69, 430½ W. Chestnut St., Apt. A, Washington; terroristic threats; charged Nov. 12; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victims and Giant Eagle.
Mark W. Lawson Jr., 59, 215 Cole School Road, Avella; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Oct. 27; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with the victim.
Tammy Jean Bryan, 54, 237 Valley Road, Canonsburg; corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children; charged Oct. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Dillon Wyatt Jolly, 23, 616 Station Road, Scenery Hill; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and two counts of stalking; charged Sept. 20 and Nov. 8; sentence – 15 days in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, 195 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $525 fine, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
Jennifer Mlatnik, 45, 221 Clark Road, Claysville; retail theft and theft; charged Dec. 15; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle and TJ Maxx.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for various first offenses and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Ashleigh Marie Joesten, 29, 6100 State Route 88, Apt. 2, Finleyville – possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; Steven Osko, 51, 1895 Bedillion Road, Washington – neglect of animals; Mark Robert Lucas, 66, 167 E. Hillboro Road, Amity – simple assault; and William J. Magnotti III, 29, 124 Sheffield Lane, McMurray – receiving stolen property and theft.
