Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Nikki Lynn Williams, 45, 217 Vine St., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 11; sentence – six months of probation.
Mary Jane Hartzog, 27, 926 Arch St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and theft; charged Jan. 20 and 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Brew Avenue.
Stephanie M. Clutter, 32, 7 Davis Road, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 8; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Samuel A. Hirsh, 25, 181 Macallan Lane, Triadelphia, W.Va.; driving without valid inspection and two counts of driving under the influence; charged Aug. 17, 2016, and Nov. 15; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $2,525 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Kevin Linnel Harris Jr., 32, 494 Liberty Ave., Donora; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 19, 2016; sentence – 30 days to six months in jail, five months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Blake Edward Barton, 27, 33 Main St., Hickory; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 18, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Timothy A. Gray, 39, 18 South St., Scenery Hill; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 12; sentence – 45 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Jeremiah D. Blatnick, 38, 560½ Locust Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of heroin; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 10 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 80 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
David Paul Michler, 59, 2523 Martindale Road, Marianna; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Addison Taylor Abbas, 30, 5 Wilmont Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged Sept. 27; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Roman Landon-Charles Saylor, 25, 39 Ohl Way, Summerville; driving under the influence and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Nov. 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, 24 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Ernest W. Barney, 61, 130 Lanik Road, Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Michael James Mars, 32, 5946 Murdock Ave., Bethel Park; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 16; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and no contact with the victim.
Shawn Michael Wypych, 24, 619 Brookline Boulevard, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 6; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Destinee Marie Knox, 26, 100 Forest Ave., Houston; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 25; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Patricia L. Vernet, 59, 604 Bentleyville Road, Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged July 2; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Warren Reed Pryor, 50, 159 Ford St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension,
Darelle Darvana Minton, 29, 201 E. Fredericktown Road, Labelle; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 5; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Sarah Ann Dix, 27, 1522 Amity Ridge Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 30 days to two years in jail, $1,500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Kevin Coulbourn, 48, 278 Apple Drive, Exton; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Brian Matthew Keeling, 25, 226 Hazel Kirk Road, Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 4; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 45 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.

Korinne Rachell Mendicino, 26, 795 Addison St., Apt. B, Washington; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 6 and Dec. 23, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Joshua Bruce Edwards, 41, 131 Locust St., Muse; terroristic threats, theft and driving with a suspended license; charged May 22 and June 2, 2017; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, $200 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 200 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
Jeffrey Joseph Amann, 52, 5130 Chevy Chase Circle, Finleyville; simple assault; charged April 8, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Michael Alvin Wardle, 34, 693 Venetia Road, Venetia; disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and harassment; charged July 22; sentence – $900 fine.
Alexander Russell Cranston Jr., 31, 310 Silver Maple Ave., Langeloth; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; charged Sept. 2; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 150 days on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, $1,750 fine and restitution.
Austin Maurice Scott, 20, 228 Oak St., Washington; disorderly conduct, driving without valid inspection and no rear lights; charged Aug. 26; sentence – $200 fine.
Victoria Taylor Peel, 24, 211 Annuity Drive, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Dennis Lee Brown Jr., 21, 223 Marshal Road, Oakdale; criminal mischief; charged Sept. 5; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Michael Anthony Maloy, 45, 433 Ross St., Houston; terroristic threats; charged Nov. 4; sentence – six months in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Benjamin Webster Burgess, 34, 2934 S Bridge Road, Washington; criminal trespass and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Nov. 20; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of ScramX monitor, 30 days of probation and $500 fine.
Michael Wise Jr., 29, 1067 Redstone Road, Washington; simple assault; charged Dec. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Edward Raymen Thomas, 49, 1480 Park Ave., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged March 7, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Cody Howard, 27, 305 Penn Ave., Lyndora; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 13, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Robert James Durkalski, 52, 4 Hickory St. Ext., Muse; simple assault; charged March 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Desiree C. Hague, 27, 3 Rural Valley Road, Claysville; simple assault; charged March 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kevin Dwayne Kiskadden, 55, 210 Pettit Road, Amity; simple assault; charged Feb. 5; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Jerrae M. Colbert, 30, 580 Delaware Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged March 1; sentence – three weeks to 12 months in jail and no contact with the victims.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
