Toddler injured in fall from window

A toddler fell out of a second-story window in North Franklin Township Tuesday.

The two-year-old boy fell from the window in the 300 block of Hancock Street about 5:30 p.m., township volunteer fire Chief Dave Bane said. He said the child was flown from a landing zone at Trinity High School to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC with a suspected head injury.

North Franklin police and Ambulance and Chair also responded.
