AMWELL
Theft charge: Gregory Greely of Wotring Road, Washington, was charged last week with theft in a private criminal complaint filed by Felicia Norris of Amwell. She accused him of stealing her camper from property on Route 19 in Amwell last September. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
CANONSBURG
Account accessed: Sandra Stamps of Canonsburg told borough police Monday her bank account information was accessed and $1,135.87 was stolen from her account in 36 transactions involving automated teller machines or purchases from June 1 through June 23.
Television stolen: Jon McCoy of Weaver Avenue told Canonsburg police Monday his television was stolen from his home.
CANTON
Assault arrest: Monica Melissa Sebetich, 39, of 161 Ford St., Canton, was arrested Monday by state police on charges of simple assault and harassment. She is accused of striking her 61-year-old mother and 14-year-old daughter in the face during a confrontation at their home. She was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and released on $10,000 unsecured bond.
DONEGAL
Second man charged: Donegal police have filed charges against a second man in connection with three incidents last year at U-Pull It, 801 Old Brick Road, Donegal. Brandon Wytovich, 19, of Main Street, West Alexander, is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for allegedly stealing a grease gun and damaging a vehicle Aug. 31. He is charged with defiant trespass and criminal mischief for allegedly entering the property Sept. 15 and trying to pry open a soft drink machine and damaging a vehicle. He is charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a car Oct. 10. Police previously charged Xander Henderson, 19, of Claysville. The charges against Wytovich were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
Charged in stop: Sean David Kidd, 35, of Ripley, W.Va., was charged Tuesday by state police with possession of a controlled substance and several traffic violations stemming from a traffic stop last September on Interstate 70 eastbound near the Claysville exit, Donegal. Police stopped him for speeding and said they found methamphetamine in his vehicle. He also was taken into custody on an Allegheny County warrant. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
EAST BETHLEHEM
Theft arrest: Emilio Allen Redmond, 28, of 149 First St., Denbo, was arrested Monday by state police on a charge of theft from a vehicle after he allegedly stole a revolver from a man’s truck earlier this month while it was parked at 58 Main St., East Bethlehem. Redmond was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
MONONGAHELA
Threat alleged: Frank Grahek, 72, of 310 Ronco Road, Masontown, is charged by city police with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct over allegations he threatened to shoot Brandon Burkhardt outside the office of District Judge Mark Wilson about 1 p.m. June 20, court records show. Grahek is the grandfather of the suspect in a shooting that left Burkhardt with a bullet wound to his foot. Wilson issued the charges against Grahek Monday in a summons.
WASHINGTON
Drug charges: Dalton Glenn Fonner, 22, of the 300 block of Weirich Avenue, was charged by Washington police with possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass after he allegedly was found sleeping in a stairwell of the Crossroad parking garage on North Franklin Street about 9:20 p.m. June 7. Police said he had a sleeping bag with him, and a marijuana smoking device with residue.
Assault charges: Laron Jackson, 42, of the 100 block of Jollick Manor, was charged by Washington police with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly woke up his girlfriend at 3 a.m. June 20 by punching her in the face. Police said the woman left the residence with a swollen right eye and marks on her face.
Man faces charges: Judd C. Ferguson, 45, of the 1300 block of North Main Street, was charged by Washington police with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute June 11 in the 300 block of Locust Avenue. Police said Ferguson and his girlfriend had been drinking and arguing. Police said while they were at the scene, a marijuana smoking pipe fell out of Ferguson’s jacket pocket.
