Trespass charge: Alazhar Rasid Alabri, 20, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged with criminal trespassing following an incident between 3 and 5 a.m. Friday when he allegedly drove onto property on Apple Alley that was posted with no trespassing signs and where he had no authorization to be, state police said.

Retaliation charges: Christy L. McCarty, 45, of 52 W. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged by Waynesburg police with retaliation against a witness or victim, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment. McCarty allegedly assaulted a woman and her juvenile daughter at 11:15 a.m. Saturday at McCarty’s residence. McCarty allegedly told the woman she assaulted her because the woman had reported an earlier incident to police in which the woman was a victim.
