Receiving stolen property charge: Nicholas Chad Fletcher, 38, of Littleton, W.Va., was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property. State police said they responded to a burglary Sept. 17 at 2136 Toms Run Road in Jackson Township in which jewelry was reported stolen. One of the missing rings was recovered in a local antique buyer’s collection, and police said the buyer identified Fletcher in a lineup as the man who sold it to him.

Receiving charge: Frank Ray Blackmon, 53, of 312 Sugar Run Road, Waynesburg, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property after state police said they recovered a stolen Ohio license plate from Blackmon’s truck Sept. 29 while it was parked in the 400 block of Kennel Road in Morgan Township.
