Shoulder closure planned on Interstate 70

The shoulder on eastbound Interstate 70, beginning at the West Virginia border and extending for one-half mile in Donegal Township, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. The work will continue daily so crews can perform test borings with completion scheduled for March 29 weather permitting.
