Drug paraphernalia charges: Cori Lea Scott, 27, of 126 Fourth St., Waynesburg, was charged Tuesday with six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Waynesburg police said they found a vehicle parked illegally on a sidewalk on Richhill Street just after midnight Friday, and while waiting for a tow truck, an officer reportedly noticed a purse with a syringe in it. Police retrieved the bag when the tow truck arrived. They said it contained identification for Scott, two syringes, two syringe caps, a spoon with residue and other drug paraphernalia.
