Fleeing police: Larrissa Sue Jones, 20, of Waynesburg, was charged by Waynesburg police with flight to avoid apprehension after she allegedly fled on foot from police in a patrol car Friday about 10:30 p.m. Police then found her hiding in a clothes dryer in the basement of a South Cumberland Street residence. Jones was wanted on an arrest warrant. She was arraigned by District Judge David Balint and jailed on $5,000 bond.
