Liberty Tunnel work scheduled
There will be overnight outbound closures of the Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh through Friday, weather permitting.
The outbound tunnel will close to traffic from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night as crews install electrical conduit and cables, work on safety and control systems, and install integrated equipment. The inbound tunnel will not be affected. All outbound traffic will be detoured.
