Trespass, harassment charges: David H. Stauffer II, 54, of 52 ½ W. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged with criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct. Stauffer came to the Waynesburg Borough police station at 1:50 a.m. Saturday, requesting officers accompany him to his girlfriend’s residence to get some belongings. Police said Stauffer is not permitted on the property or to contact Christina Wilson due to previous domestic violence charges. Stauffer left the station and said he was going to the 52 ½ W. Greene St. residence. Once he arrived there, police told Stauffer to leave and not to contact Wilson, but Wilson told police she came home from work and found Stauffer sleeping. She said he left, but returned and damaged the door as he tried to force it open.
