Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Garey Tyrone Halbert, 60, 5340 Mossfield St., Pittsburgh; theft by deception; charged Nov. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with McDonald’s.

Jessica Renee Miller, 24, 105 Donahoe St., Avella; driving under the influence, simple possession, false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 6; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, 12 months of probation, $1,200 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Autumn Lynn Pliska, 19, 701 N. Main St., Apt. 3, Washington; hindering apprehension; charged Feb. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Oneida Lynne Keasley, 36, 627 Chestnut St., Donora; resisting arrest; charged Feb. 5, 2017; sentence – six months of probation.

Chantal Armelle Srdich, 46, 177 Crawford Lane, Belle Vernon; tampering with evidence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Walter Lee Winland, 31, 16 Raven Drive, Canonsburg; theft; charged Nov. 13, 2016; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and restitution.

Isaiah William Jones, 26, 601 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 4, Charleroi; resisting arrest; charged July 26; sentence – six to 23 months in jail.

Brian J. Hooder, 50, 395 Donnan Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; stalking; charged Jan. 21; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Richard G. Powell Jr., 60, 935 Venetia Road, Venetia; driving under the influence; charged May 2, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Crystal Marie Kellner, 37, 1311 Morey Road, Fredericktown; driving under the influence; charged July 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Tracy Dawn Irwin, 43, 787 Regent Drive, Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 2; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

William Fleig, 68, 2742 Locust Drive, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Darren Brown, 49, 543 W. Chestnut St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 11; sentence – five days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Ronald John Como, 30, 136 Route 837, Apt. 5, Monongahela; driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged Aug. 3; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,825 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Marge Marie Maczko, 48, 276 Logan Road, Imperial; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 20; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 35 days on ScramX monitor, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Lecia Rene Mace, 26, 906 Sonie Drive, Sewickley; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 20; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 50 hours of community service.

Paul Richard Shiring Jr., 43, 827 Frederick Court, Canonsburg; driving under the influence and accident to unattended vehicle/property; charged Oct. 21; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,800 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12-months of ignition interlock device.

Robert Francis Abel, 41, 485 Verner Lane, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 72 hours in the jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Tyler J. Miller, 24, 1404 Pennsylvania Ave., Bridgeville; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 22; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 50 hours of community service.

Robert George Derry, 29, 1425 Walnut Ave., Monessen; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 22; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Shawn Michael Stadelman, 21, 201 St. John St., Midway; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on ScramX monitor, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 100 hours of community service.

Jeremy Lawrence Newman, 26, 44 Main St., Atlasburg; driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 5; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,700 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Eric P. Hofrichter, 52, 3576 Millers Run Road, Cecil; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 2; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on ScramX monitor, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Steven Perchak, 35, 125 Modisette Ave., Donora; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 4; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kevin M. Leckenby, 60, 1316 Raven Drive, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 18; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Nicholas Terrence Harrison, 23, 1027 Forest Lane Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 7; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jonathan Walt Weidenhof, 25, 514 Kenmont Ave., Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 30; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Ronald Therian Odom Jr., 38, 434 Wilcox St., Carnegie; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 11; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six month on electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Michael Paul Scott, 47, 2012 Browns Creek Road, Graysville; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 27, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

David Lucy Jr., 48, 113 Gibson Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 20; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Randall Brennan Comfort, 40, 155 Bellvue Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and unauthorized transfer or use of registration; charged Nov. 6; sentence – six months of probation and $325 fine.

Daniel Raymond Trybend, 75, 907 Short St., Canonsburg; criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy; charged Oct. 19, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with Rite-Aid, Canonsburg.

Andrew J. Chytil, 34, 103 S Bridge Road, Prosperity; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Percy Lee Majors, 54, 538 Ninth St., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 4, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Jessica Angelene Spino, 33, 490 Smith Run Road, Amity; public drunkenness; charged Oct. 27, 2016; sentence – $500 fine and 25 hours of community service.

Timothy J. Powell, 30, 133 Scott Lane, Venetia; retail theft; charged Dec. 30, 2016; sentence – 30 days in jail, three years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, 150 hours of community service and no contact with Home Depot.

Abbie Nicole Francis, 28, 113 Strawberry Alley, Mt. Morris; retail theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
