CANONSBURG

Warrant arrest: Joshua Boston, 29, of Bridgeville, was taken into custody Thursday by Canonsburg police on an Allegheny County bench warrant after he allegedly overdosed on heroin he ingested near railroad tracks off Cavasina Drive. He was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment and then taken to Washington County jail.

Theft charge: Ralph McLaughlin, 45, of 335 1/2 Ewing St., Meadow Lands, was charged this week by Canonsburg police with theft after he allegedly picked up his ex-wife’s prescription medication at Rite Aid, 601 W. Pike St., March 22. Police said he did not have her permission to pick up the drugs, valued at $481.

CANTON

Motorcyclist injured: Donald Gray, 55, of Washington, was injured when he crashed his motorcycle into an embankment about 7 p.m. Thursday on Hewitt Avenue near Gregg Drive, Canton. He was flown to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. State police said charges are pending the outcome of toxicology tests.

McDONALD

Stand damaged: A garage door on a concession stand at Heritage Park in McDonald was damaged by vandals Wednesday. Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to call McDonald police at 724-926-2105.

NORTH STRABANE

Indecent exposure charge: Robert Davis, 48, of Farmington, W.Va., was charged last week by North Strabane police with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness after a May 14 incident at The Meadows Casino. Davis allegedly created several disturbances and exposed himself to casino security. He also allegedly punched a handicapped-parking sign in the parking lot. Charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Margaret V. Lowe, 52, of 7 Wharf St., Dunlevy, was charged last week by state police at The Meadows Casino with theft of mislaid property after she allegedly stole a woman’s coat while she was working at the casino March 18. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Drug charges: Jillian A. Toner, 31, of Crafton, was charged last week by state police at The Meadows Casino with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and paraphernalia. Police said she was found with pills, marijuana gummy bears and a vaping pipe in her locker in an employee room while working at the casino Nov. 24.

SOUTH STRABANE

Theft charge: Michael E. Derrow Jr., 38, of 109 Beach Drive, Charleroi, was charged last week by South Strabane police with retail theft after he allegedly stole items from Lowe’s, Strabane Square. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Fraudulent charges: Scott Elliott of Washington told South Strabane police Tuesday fraudulent charges were made on his credit card. He said an attempt also was made to purchase gift cards with it.

WASHINGTON

Door kicked: Kim Kelley told Washington police Thursday the basement door of her home at 43 W. Walnut St. was kicked open.

Tools, wallet stolen: James Harris of Washington told Washington police Thursday a bag containing tools and his wallet were stolen from the porch at 112 Hall Ave. He told police he had been working at that location.

Motorcycle stolen: Trevor Clark of 83 Seminole Ave. told Washington police Thursday his red Suzuki motorcycle was stolen from behind his home.
