CARROLL

Man charged: Michael Leroy Himes, 28, of 3333 Rainbow Run Road, Forward Township, is charged by Carroll police with loitering and prowling and public drunkenness, court records show. He is accused of attempting to enter a residence in the 50 block of Craven Drive about 11:45 p.m. Sunday after doing the same at a residence in the 1200 block of Country Club Road. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.

MONONGAHELA

Theft alleged: Mark Robert Michaux, 61, of 401 St. Nicholas Drive, Donora, is charged by Monongahela police with theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse him of stealing $280 from a wallet Carly Labrosse left behind at a business in the 200 block of Fifth Street about 4:40 p.m. Nov. 10. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.

Assaults alleged: Sean Michael Garcia, 20, of 600 Geary St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of pushing Hugh Jagger and causing Jagger’s son to fall and break an arm about 7:20 a.m. Wednesday at 115 Chess St. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Thursday in a summons.

SOUTH STRABANE

Man jailed: James Riley Harrison May IV, 27, of 1105 First St., Canonsburg, is charged by state police with giving a trooper a false identification and public drunkenness, court records show. Police arrested May after a cruiser nearly struck him while he walked in the middle of the 1600 block of North Main Street about 2:20 a.m. Nov. 9. He is in Washington County jail on a bench warrant and $100 bond set Thursday by District Judge Jay Weller.
