Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Kenneth Darnell Thompson, 40, 820 W. Chestnut St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 20, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Seth J. Grooms, 39, 1020 Boulder St., California; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 7, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Michelle Rose, 50, 584 Thompson Ave., Apt. 2, Donora; terroristic threats; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Chasity Lynn Kelly, 39, 513 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 4, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Virginia M. Richie, 28, 202 Fourth St., Belle Vernon; theft; charged Feb. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Tabitha Ann Nalbone, 32, 674 Old National Pike, Brownsville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Aaron Dean Leeper, 38, 674 Old National Pike, Brownsville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Cheyenne Courtney Fields, 24, 700 Green St., California; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Gary Wells, 61, 1165 Arch St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; charged April 14; sentence – 90 days in jail, 12 months of probation, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Robert Russell Spence, 68, 725 Parker St., Duquesne; simple possession; charged March 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Raymond I. Ostrander, 44, 41 Stone Church Road, Finleyville; receiving stolen property; charged July 12, 2017; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Rebecca Gail Garrow, 38, 214 Duncan Ave., Roscoe; furnishing drug-free urine; charged April 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Terri Tashaya Rudolph, 24, 737 McLain St., Apt. 3, Pittsburgh; retail theft and possessing instruments of crime; charged June 26; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with H&M, Tommy Hilfiger store and Tanger Outlets.

Steven Dennis Moses, 31, 918 Melvin Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged May 29; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Target.

Robert Joseph Pimentel, 62, 190 Pikes Peak Road, Prosperity; retail theft; charged May 15; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Hobby Lobby.

Shyhem Dewayne James, 20, 208 W. College St., Apt. 1A, Canonsburg; false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged March 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert James Aleva, 24, 106 Valleyview Drive, Cranberry Township; driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lane; charged July 16, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $350 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

William Curcio, 22, 218 Rear Oakland Ave., Suite R, Charleroi; theft, access device fraud and simple assault; charged March 5 and June 24, 2017; sentence – seven years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Robert B. Murray Jr., 45, 203 Old West Road, Bentleyville; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without valid inspections; charged April 5; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 40 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Randy William Sprowls, 57, 36 Stella St., Burgettstown; driving under the influence; charged April 6; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Justin Allen Zahn, 36, 441 Center St., Apt. 2, Carnegie; driving under the influence; charged April 28; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kenneth A. Plute, 42, 224 Nine Eighty Road, McDonald; driving under the influence and damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged March 4; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,800 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

David Lavern Peluchette, 48, 17 Strabane Ave., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 3, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Michael Joseph Wick, 26, 96 Christman Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged April 6; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.

Edward G. Biearman, 71, 3375 Millers Run Road, Cecil; driving under the influence and resisting arrest; charged March 16; sentence – three days in jail, 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, 45 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 50 hours of community service.

Ashley Katrina Anthony, 30, 621 Lincoln St., Monongahela; driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of children; charged March 16, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Patrick James Patrene, 43, 114 Donahoe St., Avella; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 22; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 60 days on ScramX monitor, $1,750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
