Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Kelly Ann Henry-Helfrich, 49, 507 Wilshire Circle, Seven Fields; possession of a controlled substance, insurance fraud and neglect of care of a depended person; charged March 29, 2017; sentence – four years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Justin White, 38, 231 N. Depaoli Road, McDonald; recklessly endangering another person, harassment and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 26, 2017; sentence – six to 12 months in jail and $200 fine.

Marsha Leigh Mann, 55, 24 Walnut St., Ellsworth; accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Daniel James Stolze Jr., 30, 1430 Brush Run Road, Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 15, 2015; sentence – three years of probation.

Mack Jerrin Boyd Brooks, 29, 103 Main St., Daisytown; disorderly conduct; charged June 10; sentence – $300 fine.

John F. Henderson, 51, 783 Old National Pike, Claysville; disorderly conduct; charged April 18; sentence – $150 fine.

Edward F. Bunnell III, 53, 77 Main St., Taylorstown; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on ScramX monitor, $3,250 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Courtney F. Lilly, 31, 345 Glenn St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Brian Allan McDade, 54, 23 Oliver St., McDonald; driving under the influence; charged July 22; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, four months on ScramX monitor, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Tracy Scott Hish, 63, 205 Cumer Road, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 14; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, six days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Jovan Michael Miranda, 31, 1138 Illinois Ave., Apt. 1, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, four days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $700 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Patsy L. Hutter, 56, 16 Hilltop Acres Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged May 18; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, six days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

James V. Fidazzo III, 36, 47 Chestnut St., Ellsworth; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 1; sentence – three days to six months in jail, $1,200 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Nicholas Paul Simcoke, 24, 208 Broadway St., Brownsville; driving under the influence; charged May 25; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Mark Andrew Drilak, 39, 58 Digger Lane, Apt. B, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged July 26; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Bobby Joe Welch, 44, 30 Zamiska Road, Cokeburg; driving under the influence; charged July 19; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

James Russell Barlow Sr., 52, 1835 N. Main St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 14; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, six days on ScramX monitor, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Christa Marie LaSalvia, 35, 497 Reed Road, Avella; driving under the influence; charged July 14; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Toby Glenn Fonner, 48, 994 Ewing St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Derek Michael Colantonio, 45, 9 North Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged May 26; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Nico Brandon Smolec, 31, 233 S. Hamilton Ave., Greensburg; driving under the influence; charged June 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

McArthur Jackson, 49, 123 Lincoln Ave., Bentleyville; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 7; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Eric Joseph Baldinger, 23, 5200 Blossom Road, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged June 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Brian Joseph Shehand, 36, 411 Second St., Apt. 4, Heidelberg; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 1, 2018; sentence – 10 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 80 days on electronic home monitoring, six months on ScramX monitor, $2,500 fine, restitution, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Nicole Lynn White, 39, 10 White Lane, McDonald; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and endangering the welfare of a child ; charged Feb. 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, $1,700 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Stephen Phillips, 55, 210 Railroad St., McDonald; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged July 2; sentence – 33 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 65 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,300 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Kenneth Wayne White, 31, 69 Interstate Alley, Claysville; driving under the influence; charged June 8; sentence – 30 days to two years in jail, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Eric W. Johnson, 30, 384 Houston St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest; charged May 10; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.

Kayla Marie Brooks, 31, 219 E. Grant St., Houston; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of simple possession; charged Jan. 1, 2018; sentence – three years of probation.

Darla Kay Rosa, 71, 17 Zaccarino Lane, Cecil; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 27, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Micah Brett Johnson, 22, 1309 Hinton St., Minden, La.; firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jennifer Lynne Pettyjohn, 37, 716 W. Pike St., Houston; retail theft; charged June 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kenneth John Peer, 53, 99 Seamans Road, Oliver; simple assault; charged July 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Shaylyn Rosello, 39, 225 Maple Ave., Washington; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 1, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail.

Kesean Polk, 36, 1 Oak St., Muse; cruelty to animals and possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 3 and Nov. 9, 2017; sentence – three years of probation.

Nehamia Fisher-Egleston, 24, 118 Murray Ave., Washington; retail theft, false identification to law enforcement and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 26, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and no contact with Walmart.

Joseph Charles Baughman, 35, 1410 Sheridan Ave., Brownsville; driving with a suspended license and two counts of forgery; charged Dec. 9 and 15, 2017, and Jan. 4, 2018; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring and $200 fine and restitution.

Shawn Edward Felicetty, 47, 3100 Stilley St., Trailer 9, Clairton; harassment; charged June 14, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Robert Steven Fuller, 24, 3995 Tom Fork Road, Ringgold, Va.; burglary and simple assault; charged July 28, 2013; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victims.
