Man charged following crash: Nicholas Allen Shriver, 30, of 273 Ackley Creek Road, Graysville, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and other counts following a two-vehicle crash Aug. 5 on Route 21 in Richhill Township. State police said Shriver failed to stop after his vehicle collided with another vehicle. Shriver continued on Route 21, then turned onto Farrell Avenue, where he hit a parked truck and a fire hydrant,police said. He allegedly failed to remain at the scene. Police said Shriver has a suspended license, and an open can of beer was found in his vehicle.
