Road work in North Fayette starts
Improvement work started on Steubenville Pike in North Fayette Township, Allegheny County.
Paving operations and pavement marking installation will be done weeknights through Friday night from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. between Shipland Road and Route 22/30.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on Steubenville Pike from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night. Beginning at 9 p.m. each night, traffic will be maintained in one direction. Traffic in the opposite direction will be rerouted on a posted detour.
Additionally, restrictions will occur on Friday from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to finish any remaining work. Single-lane alternating traffic will occur Saturday if needed.
