Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Daniel Adam Rosche, 38, 117 Hemlock Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Gregory Floyd Spencer, 49, 54 Ankrom Road, Washington; firearms not to be carried without a license and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 9; sentence – four years in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.

Regina Hunnell, 55, 225 Laurie Lane, Washington; retail theft; charged Dec. 4; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Target.

Jeremy Lee Galloway, 42, 790 Addison St., Apt. B, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 20; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 18 months on electronic home monitoring, six months on ScramX monitor, $5,000 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:

Zachary A. Staley, 28, 979 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; burglary; charged Dec. 11, 2016; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and restitution.

David Anthony Scott, 35, 164 Schiebel Road, Butler; theft; charged April 1, 2017; sentence – seven years of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Joshua Ryan Wetzel, 21, 1750 Sillview Drive, Pittsburgh; delivery of a controlled substance and theft by deception; charged Jan. 30, 2017; sentence – 201 days in jail, 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, four months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation and 200 hours of community service.

Matthew Dean Saxton, 41, 64 Skylark Drive, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 14, 2017; sentence – 30 to 60 days in jail.

Paul Michael Dessify, 37, 1 Washington St. Extension, Cokeburg; theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 5 and Nov. 9, 2017; sentence – one to two years in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Frank James Harbaugh, 43, 1358 Hyde St., Pittsburgh; burglary; charged Nov. 25; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, restitution and 50 hours of community service.

Heather Renee Young, 38, 529 Brigich Road, Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged April 20; sentence – $300 fine.

James Michael Sibert, 56, 115 Willow Drive, McMurray; illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock; charged April 6; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.

Matthew Paul Brigich Sr., 51, 419 Brigich Road, Canonsburg; strangulation and simple assault; charged May 4; sentence – two years of probation.

Scott Gene Carosone, 43, 131 Linden Road, Canonsburg; receiving stolen property; charged March 6; sentence – two years of probation and restitution.

Kathryn Desmond, 51, 1 Iron St., Canonsburg; forgery and criminal attempt to obtain possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Michael F. McAleavey Sr., 54, 210 Royalbrooke Drive, Venetia; harassment; charged April 22; sentence – $300 fine.

Alexander Rufus McCartney, 25, 1620 Weirich Ave., Washington; simple assault, disorderly conduct, tire equipment and traction surfaces, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged June 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and $550 fine.

DaShawn Little, 22, 79 Campbell Ave., Cuddy; fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and driving with a suspended license; charged May 22; sentence – 18 months of probation and $200 fine.

Stuart James Hersey, 46, 924 Route 231 North, Claysville; driving under the influence, access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Feb. 25 and April 21, 2012, and Feb. 1; sentence – 48 hours to six months in jail, three-and-a-half years of probation, $500 fine and restitution.

Corey Tailey, 41, 595 Maple Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; terroristic threats and two counts of simple assault; charged Aug. 14, 2017, and Jan. 9; sentence – one to two years in jail, three years of probation and no contact with the victims.

Howard Gary Delaney, 38, 209 First St., Midway; obstruction, invasion of privacy, tampering with evidence and harassment; charged Sept. 17 and Nov. 4, 2017; sentence – three months in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, four months on electronic home monitoring, four years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Christopher Albert Koger, 44, 75 Mesta Drive, Washington; possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility; charged May 26, 2017; sentence – eight to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Brian Pavlick, 27, 209 Cedar Hill Drive, McMurray; simple assault; charged Feb. 26; sentence – two years of probation.

Ryan Patrick Williams, 36, 95 Barale Drive, Washington; burglary, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, stalking, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling; charged April 15 and May 20; sentence – one to two years in jail, four years of probation and restitution.

Elijah Jasean Gordon, 21, 335 Burton Ave., Washington; criminal trespass; charged April 22; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victim and Belvedere Acres.

Christopher Michael Montgomery, 33, 360 Duncan Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; simple assault and two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged April 30, June 27 and July 25; sentence – three years of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Lauren Marie Caldwell, 31, 25 E.
