Correction
A police item from California Borough published Thursday contained incorrect information. The man facing indecent exposure and open lewdness charges is Robert Paris Jr., not Robert Parks Jr.
Mt. Pleasant Township, Washington County, will hold trick-or-treat from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31, and Rices Landing Borough, Greene County, will hold a parade at 1 p.m. Oct. 28, followed by trick-or-treat. Incorrect times were published in the Thursday edition of the Observer-Reporter. A complete list will appear in Saturday’s paper.
