Fort Pitt Tunnel work planned

There will overnight closures in the outbound Fort Pitt Tunnel in Pittsburgh from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Sept. 21 as crews from Mosites Construction perform testing of the dry standpipe.

All outbound traffic will be detoured. Police officers will be posted at key intersections on the detour route.
