A bus was involved in a minor crash shortly after 3 p.m. on Franklin Farms Road in North Franklin Township.

A bus carrying students from Trinity Middle School was involved in what a state police shift supervisor described as a minor accident in North Franklin Township Thursday afternoon.

The state police supervisor said the bus, which belongs to GG&C Bus Co., rear-ended a car on the 500 block of Franklin Farms Road at a “very low” speed of “less than 10 mph.” He said no serious injuries were reported.

The accident was reported shortly after 3 p.m. Following the accident, the bus, which had minor damage to its front bumper, was parked outside the nearby North Franklin fire station.

A member of GG&C was on-hand as children waited to be released to their parents.
