Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Brian Keith Allen, 27, 780 Duncan Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged June 28, 2015; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, 12 months of probation, $1,200 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Dale L. Musser, 71, 125 Pinnacle Point Drive, Lancaster; unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility; charged Aug. 6, 2017; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.
Mark Anton, 60, 110 Fireside Drive, McMurray; harassment and illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 30 days in jail, three months of probation and $300 fine.
Katherine Rodriguez, 23, 6115 43rd Ave., Apt. 3B, Woodside, N.Y.; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Timothy Frank Bill, 27, 1207 High St., Pittsburgh; conspiracy to commit retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, 40 hours of community service and no contact with Tommy Hilfiger stores and Tanger Outlets.
Joel Richard Gallagher, 31, 350 Old Hickory Ridge Road, Washington; two counts of harassment; charged Dec. 1; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with the victim and Pancake Towing.
Jessica R. Chronister, 32, 127 Devils Den Road, Burgettstown; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with Lowe’s.

Jonathan Michael Pizzuti, 35, 208 Trinity Drive, Washington; risking catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person; charged Aug. 6, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 23 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Shaun Lewis McGavitt, 38, 430½ Liberty Ave., Donora; flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest; charged Feb. 21; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.
David Martin Hull, 29, 1235 California Terrace, California; theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 19 and Jan. 19; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 180 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, restitution, 24-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims and Dunkin Donuts.
Jesse McMasters Sr., 27, 712 Frederick Court, Canonsburg; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged May 2; sentence – one to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Jon Edward Greer, 55, 183 Hathaway Road, Claysville; simple assault; charged Jan. 15; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Christopher Aaron Clutter, 29, 31 Slemmons Road, Claysville; terroristic threats, simple assault, escape and criminal mischief; charged Feb. 13; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail, two years of probation, 250 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Murray Alfred Beck, 44, 125 Auburn Drive, Morgantown, W.Va.; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
