Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Amber Rae Long, 32, 214 Parr Ave., Mingo Junction, Ohio; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 6, 2015; sentence – six months of probation.
Alexis Victoria Davis, 36, 620 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; thef; charged April 14, 2015; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Jody R. Bogol, 42, 702 Woodlawn Ave., West Brownsville; retail theft and driving with a suspended license; charged June 17, 2017; sentence – two years of probation and $200 fine.
Duncan Evans, 41, 708 Park St., California; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 17; sentence – two years of probation and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Amanda Marie Rossi, 36, 708 Park St., California; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ronae Marie Patterson, 49, 209 Donnan Ave, Apt. 3, Washington; two counts of theft by deception; charged Oct. 31 and March 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Kohl’s and the BP station in South Strabane Township.
Anastasia Michelle Kline, 22, 810 Second Ave., Beaver Falls; forgery and theft by deception; charged Sept. 29, 2016; sentence – 11½ to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Washington Financial Bank.
Eva S. Kovach, 39, 703 Woodlawn Ave., Brownsville; retail theft; charged Oct. 13, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.
Jeffery Alfred Kafton, 55, 400 Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Donora; operating a vehicle without ignition interlock; charged Jan. 20; sentence – three months of probation and $300 fine.
Randall William Endsley Jr., 38, 10 Rollie St., Republic; retail theft; charged Oct. 21; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Stefan Kendal Cooper Sr., 50, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Trailer 27, Washington; retail theft and flight to avoid apprehension; charged July 20, 2017, and April 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Richard Lee Jackson, 58, 110 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
Rebecca Ann Hill, 38, 521 Pike Run Drive, Daisytown; theft and retail theft; charged Feb. 13 and 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim and Rite Aid.
Ronald Davis, 51, 513 Washington Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Michael Robert Magiske, 33, 27 Bank St. Extension, Fredericktown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 15, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Tessa Nicole Lukasik, 21, 1183 Labelle Road, La Belle; two counts of retail theft; charged Feb. 25, 2017, and Dec. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Carrie Elizabeth Jeter, 41, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Trailer 27, Washington; retail theft; charged July 20, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Robert William Parker II, 33, 64 Vesta 4 Road, Coal Center; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Joshua David Bails, 25, 230 Lyons St., Houston; possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft; charged Feb. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and no contact with Rite Aid.
Jacob Stephen Gherardini, 21, 406 Victoria St., Belle Vernon; harassment; charged Feb. 10; sentence – $300 fine and no contact with the victim.
Torrie Brown, 26, 608 Union St., California; theft; charged Jan. 12; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.
Michael Carroll, 41, 128 Hall Ave., Apt. 2, Washington; theft; charged Aug. 6, 2014; sentence – seven to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with ROC Services.
Joshua M. Marish, 37, 1206 Lower Crest Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 2; sentence – six months of probation.
Joshua D. Powell, 30, 153 Washington St., Cokeburg; receiving stolen property; charged July 11, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Christopher Clayton Old, 25, 381 Ambard Ave., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Nov. 14; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Target.
Kelli Spence, 15 N. Wade Ave., Washington; two counts of neglect of animals; charged April 4; sentence – 18 months of probation and restitution.
Andrew Jonathan Watton, 30, 1929 Huron St., Pittsburgh; simple assault; charged April 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim and The Meadows Casino.

Matthew Steven Kotsch, 30, 525 Allison Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 19, 2013; sentence – 10 days to six months in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, $500 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
John Bernard Fischer, 33, 1769 Morey Road, Fredericktown; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 14; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Toby Edward Massie, 49, 1670 E. Beau St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, four months on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.
Danny Lee Tittle, 25, 69 Jones St., Zanesville, Ohio; driving under the influence, damage to real property by operation of a motor vehicle and accident or damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 20 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.
Ronald Aitken, 46, 806 Wood St., New Eagle; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 72 hours in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, restitution, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Mark Lear, 44, 550 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without required financial responsibility; charged Dec. 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $800 fine and 15-month driver’s license suspension.
Shaelynn Marie Saunoras, 25, 430 Bluejay Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 10 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 50 hours of community service.
John D. Adams, 59, 15 Cherry St., Burgettstown; driving under the influence; charged March 12; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Rodney Lee Miller, 53, 286 Linden Creek Road, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged March 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 20 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
