AMWELL
Home burglarized: A home at 1172 Brush Run Road was broken into Tuesday, and a Playstation 4 game system and controllers were stolen, state police said. The burglar entered by forcing open a window.
CANONSBURG
Missing teen: Aurianna Marie Moore, 14, was reported missing early Thursday to Canonsburg police by her mother. She was last seen about 11 p.m. Wednesday when she went to bed at her home at 416 Giffin Ave. No further description of her was available from police.
CENTERVILLE
Brothers charged: Glenn Michael Rogers, 23, of 28 S. Main St., Ellsworth, and David Alan Rogers Jr., 24, of 321 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville were charged Monday by Centerville police with simple assault and public drunkenness after police were called Sept. 2 to a home on Sixth Street, Vestaburg, for a disturbance. They are accused of assaulting each other. Glenn Rogers also is charged with terroristic threats for allegedly threatening a police officer, and with defiant trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly being at the home without permission and damaging a door. The charges were sent by summons from the office of Joshua Kanalis.

Woman scammed: A woman who resides on Moon Road told Chartiers police Wednesday she was scammed out of $10,000. She told police she was contacted on Facebook by an organization named Health & Human Resources. She was told she qualified for free grant money but had to pay a delivery fee to get it. She withdrew money on several occasions and followed the instructions before realizing it was a scam.
EAST BETHLEHEM
Drug, DUI charges: Jonathan Ty Christopher, 20, of 406 S. Market St., Carmichaels, was charged last week by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and not having registration after an Aug. 29 traffic stop in the 500 block of Front Street, East Bethlehem. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District judge Joshua Kanalis.
STOCKDALE
Trespass, mischief arrest: Michael Lee Harshman, 41, of 25 Leyda Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Wednesday by state police on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He is accused of going to the home of his ex-girlfriend and refusing to leave. Harshman also allegedly broke her cellphone. He was arraigned before District Judge Jesse Pettit and released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bond.
WASHINGTON
DUI, drug charges: Ronald Ansel Paith Jr., 19, of 123 Poplar St., Washington, was charged Wednesday by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, DUI of a controlled substance and traffic violations stemming from an Aug. 8 traffic stop on McCarrell Avenue, Washington. Police said he failed a field-sobriety test, and blood tests showed he had marijuana in his system. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Disorderly, drug charges: Melissa Christine Welsh, 44, of 344 Houston St., Washington, was charged Wednesday by state police with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. Police said she was found with a narcotic used for ADHD during an Aug. 3 traffic stop. Welsh was a passenger in the vehicle. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Charged in stop: Cory Andrew Whitlock, 27, of 45 Shaw Ave., Washington, was charged Wednesday by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and an equipment violation stemming from a Sept. 4 traffic stop near Jefferson and Shaw avenues. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Purse, wallet stolen: Heather Arbogast of West Prospect Street told Washington police Wednesday her purse and wallet were stolen from an apartment on East Beau Street.
Harassment alleged: A 13-year-old Washington boy will be charged with harassment after he allegedly punched a girl at Seventh Ward playground on Saturday, Washington police said.
