Southview Bridge reopens in Mt. Pleasant

The Southview Road bridge, which spans Millers Run in Mt. Pleasant Township, reopened to traffic Monday.

The bridge was rebuilt as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. The new crossing is longer and wider than the one it replaced and is designed with a 100-year lifespan.
