Restrictions planned on Interstates 70, 79

The final lane closures to allow for work on Interstate 70 between the Bentleyville and Centerville interchanges is planned for this weekend, weather permitting.

There will be single-lane closures in both directions from 6 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Monday.

In addition, crews will be starting to mill and fill on Interstate 79, beginning at the Kirby exit and heading north, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly Saturday and Sunday. Restrictions will be in place, as necessary.

This is a continuation of the center-line joint repair and resurfacing project.
