Man jailed: Henry Albert Wilson III, 25, of 329 N. Main St., Houston, is charged by borough police with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, court records show. Police accuse Wilson of threatening to kill an Uber driver and struggling with police about 12:50 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West Pike Street. District Judge Gary Havelka remanded Wilson to Washington County jail.
CECIL
Hotel damaged: William McGough, 38, of North Huntingdon Township, is charged by Cecil Township police with simple assault, criminal mischief, open lewdness, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse him of causing more than $2,000 in damages to a room at Hilton Garden Inn, 1000 Corporate Drive, about 4 a.m. Saturday, and also running naked through a hall at the hotel. He is free on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Gary Havelka.
DEEMSTON
DUI crash: Kevin Arleigh Schultz, 31, of 280 Barnard Road, Deemston, is charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended or revoked license stemming from a motorcycle crash that left him with serious head injuries about 1:40 a.m. September 16 on Crawford Road, court records show. Authorities arrested Schultz on a warrant over the weekend and had him arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka.
WASHINGTON
Assault alleged: Matthew Gardner, 33, of 629 1/2 Broad St., Washington is charged by city police with simple assault over allegations he injured Mary Ann Pucci’s arm during an incident involving domestic violence about 1:10 p.m. Sunday in his residence, court records show. District Judge Gary Havelka sent Gardner to Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.
Man jailed: Johnny Shaquille Grubbs, 26, of 1125 Jefferson Ave., Washington, is charged by city police with simple assault over allegations he pushed Reva Deems into a wall about 1:15 p.m. Saturday in his apartment, court records show. District Judge Gary Havelka sent Grubbs to Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
