Assault alleged: Kenneth Clark, 24, who has addresses in Donora and Monessen, was charged with simple assault and harassment by borough police. According to the criminal complaint, Clark broke a woman’s nose by headbutting her at his home about 7 p.m. Tuesday. Police said he also pushed another woman to the ground, injuring her knee. He was incarcerated in Washington County Jail and arraigned Tuesday night before District Judge Robert Redlinger, who set bond at $10,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. April 17 before District Judge Mark Wilson.
