A section of Interstate 70 in Ohio County near the West Virginia/Pennsylvania state line was restricted to one lane in both directions Thursday afternoon as crews with Kelly Paving re-established paving grades on roadway expansion joints where longwall mining occurred beneath the surface in recent months, according to officials with the West Virginia Division of Highways.
