Paraphernalia charges: Three people were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after Greene County Regional police executed an arrest warrant April 10 at 365 N. Moreland St. Police said George Junior Mitchell-Mayle, 27, of 119 Big Shannon Run Road, Mt. Morris, was sleeping in the house about 3 p.m. when police entered to arrest him on a warrant. Police said he had several drug-related items on his person and in his belongings, including hypodermic needles, baggies, straws, a tourniquet and a spoon. He was charged with nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The two others in the house at the time, Julieann Marie Dotts, 18, of 405 S. Moreland St., and Gage Dshaun Cralton, 22, of Morgantown, W.Va., were also found to be in possession of similar items, police said. Dotts was charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, while Cralton was charged with five counts.
