FREDERICKTOWN

Arrest: Donald L. Crile, 48, was arrested Friday by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department and charged with misdemeanor counts of defrauding secured creditors and obstructing the administration of law. He was arraigned Friday before District Judge Ethan Ward and was free on $10,000 bond. Crile faces a preliminary hearing before Ward at 11 a.m. May 8.

NORTH FRANKLIN

Theft reported: Brian Crumrine, 35, of Washington, told state police that someone stole two pieces of jewelry from him around 2 p.m. Wednesday at 601 Park Ave. Police said diamond stud earrings, valued at $150, and a gold chain with gold cross, valued at $100, were stolen. There were no surveillance cameras or witnesses, police reported.

Warehouse theft: A Honda gas generator, valued at $1,164.94, and two five-gallon red gas cans, filled with fuel and valued at $30.90, were reported stolen from outside the Atlantic Nitrogen Co. warehouse on Hamilton Street. Police said the incident occurred between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday near the back of the facility. They said there were no surveillance cameras and barbed-wire fencing surrounds the property.

SOMERSET

Crash injuries: Elizabeth Claypoole Krill and a juvenile passenger received minor injuries in a crash Friday afternoon, state police reported. They said Krill was driving on Interstate 70, near mile marker 26, when she lost control of the vehicle and struck a guardrail and concrete barrier about 12:30 p.m. Personnel from Washington County Sheriff’s office and Ambulance and Chair responded.
