BENTLEYVILLE

Assault alleged: Rodrick Kline, 60, and Adoria Kline, 19, both of 606 Old West Road, were charged with simple assault and harassment by state police on Sunday. According to the criminal complaint, the father and daughter got into a fight over a cellphone. Both reportedly suffered injuries as a result. Rodrick Kline was placed in Washington County Jail and arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins, who set bond at $25,000. Adoria Kline was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. Preliminary hearings for both are scheduled for 11 a.m. May 8 before District Judge Curtis Thompson.

CHARTIERS

Terroristic threats: Carmen Baccari, 65, of 36 Old Hickory Ridge Road, was charged with terroristic threats by township police on Friday. According to the criminal complaint, Baccari is a resident at Premier Washington Health Center, and threatened to shoot an employee. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 25 before District Judge David Mark.
