BENTLEYVILLE

Assaults alleged: Saquenna Nicole-Renee Callender, 42, and Tyquan Kristopher Tyler, 25, both of Florida, are charged by state police with simple assault and harassment stemming from a fight about 12:40 a.m. Monday at Best Western Hotel, 101 Gosai Drive, court records show. They were placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bonds set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

BURGETTSTOWN

Man jailed: Dillon James Campa, 28, of 1523 Main St., Burgettstown, was placed in Washington County Jail to await extradition to Hancock County, W.Va., where he is wanted on allegations he violated his probation on felony convictions, court records show. He is jailed without bond after being arrested by McDonald police at his residence about 9:50 p.m. Sunday and arraigned by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

ELCO

Assaults alleged: Mark Thomas Lint, 46, of 115 Vesta St., and Adam Doran Keyes, 47, of 204 Cleveland St., both of Elco, are charged by state police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police said the charges stem from a fight about noon Jan. 30 outside Lint’s residence in which each man struck the other in the head with a bucket. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Larry Hopkins.

CANONSBURG

Assault charge: Robert E. Housley Jr., 50, of 220 East Pitt St., Canonsburg, was charged by Canonsburg police with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment following allegations of a fight with his wife Sunday evening at their residence. Police said Housley was intoxicated about 8:30 p.m. when he slapped his wife in the eye, pushed her and threatened her with a box cutter. Police said the woman was afraid he would hurt her children with the knife, so she jumped on his back, held him down and took the knife from him. Housley is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

CANTON

Assault charge: Nichole Adelle Spencer, 34, of 75 Cortez Drive, was charged by state police with simple assault and harassment following a domestic disturbance at her residence early Sunday morning. Police said she allegedly struck a man in the face with a glass jar following a 3 a.m. argument.

Welfare fraud charge: Noelle Angelica Catlin, 33, of 124 Charles St., Canton Township, was charged by the state inspector general’s office with welfare fraud after she allegedly obtained $1,887 in SNAP benefits, from November 2016 to September 2018, without reporting to the Washington County Assistance Office that she was employed.

CROSS CREEK

Drug charges: Samantha Amy Goldfarb, 45, of 131 Buxton Road, Avella, was charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance and 69 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, after her aunt and uncle reportedly found stamp bags and needles in their home. Police said Goldfarb was staying in an apartment above her aunt and uncle’s home. They allegedly found 45 stamp bags containing suspected heroin, 23 needles and a spoon in a nightstand drawer.

NORTH FRANKLIN

Assault charge: Skyler Christine Martin, 23, of 54 Johnson Road, Washington, was charged by state police with simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance early Friday at a residence in the 600 block of Park Avenue. Police said Martin had argued with her boyfriend about 2:15 a.m. before she punched him in the face several times and broke a bedroom door, dresser and multiple glass items in the residence.

SOUTH STRABANE

Assault charge: Justin L. Bick, 29, of 400 Franklin Ave., Canonsburg, was charged by township police with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, driving under suspension and public drunkenness following an incident last week at Sam’s Club. Police said that just before 7 a.m. Jan. 27, Bick, who appeared to be intoxicated, threw a Monster Energy drink at his girlfriend, an employee of the store. Bick allegedly refused to leave the store, and when he eventually did, the manager locked the door behind him, according to the criminal complaint. Police later found him walking in the parking lot.

Drug charges: Timothy S.C. Romanetti Jr., 22, of 206 Agape Road, Hickory, was charged by the Washington County Drug Task Force with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident last May. Police said a confidential informant purchased ketamine from Romanetti May 23 in the Walmart parking lot.

Theft: A construction supervisor for Ryan Homes reported to township police that a theft occurred Jan. 31 from a residence the company is building at 113 Morgan Drive. Police said a refrigerator, stove and microwave, worth $1,500, were stolen from an unlocked garage.
