Counterfeit $100 bill: Kabrea Lynn Kisner, 23, of 148 E. Green St., Waynesburg, was charged Wednesday with forgery, theft and receiving stolen property after borough police said she exchanged a counterfeit $100 bill for smaller change while working Jan. 21 at Southside Deli at 85 S. Washington St. Police said Kisner unsuccessfully attempted to pass the $100 bill for change at a nearby convenience store the day before.
