FRANKLIN
Terroristic threats: State police charged Brandon Michael Brumley, 27, of 2563 Smith Creek Road, Waynesburg, with making terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and harassment after troopers said he threatened a woman and her 7-year-old son Saturday while at his Franklin Township home. Police said Brumley also broke a car door window after the woman and boy attempted to get away from him.
RICHHILL
Truck fire: A Feb. 12 fire that destroyed a gas drilling company truck owned by Energy Services South of Wind Ridge has been ruled accidental by the state police fire marshal. The truck caught fire at 433 W. Roy Furman Highway in Richhill Township. An electrical malfunction in the engine compartment was the cause. Damage was estimated at $51,000, the fire marshal said.
WAYNESBURG
Resisting arrest: Dawn Kibby, 37, of 204B W. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after borough police said they found her intoxicated in her parked car and shouting while in a parking lot at South Richhill Street and Cherry Alley Feb. 15. Police said she resisted as they tried to take her into custody.
