A Washington man was jailed after being kicked out of The Meadows Casino for allegedly causing a disturbance Wednesday morning.

North Strabane Township police arrested Trayvonne Da Lee Williams, 37, of 39 Rural Ave., after responding to Meadows Drive near Racetrack Road, where Williams and a woman were seen arguing in the middle of the road, according to the criminal complaint.

Police said Williams and the woman, Erica Moore, appeared to be intoxicated. They allegedly had been kicked out of the casino about 9:30 a.m.

While police spoke with them, Williams “attempted to go after Moore in a physically threatening way,” the complaint said. Police intervened and tried to arrest Williams, but he didn’t comply, pulling his arm away and pushing away from the officers. Police took Williams to the ground in order to handcuff him.

Williams allegedly yelled the entire time he was in the police car and threatened to “beat” one of the officers.

Williams was charged with resisting arrest, simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was arraigned Wednesday morning by District Judge David Mark and jailed on $25,000 bond.
