Marijuana possession: Marcus E. Minor, no address given, will be charged by summons with possession of marijuana after South Strabane police said they found a small amount of marijuana inside a pill container in the center console of his vehicle Tuesday. Police said Minor was parked in the lot at Community Park, Floral Hill Drive, after park hours.
