The Washington County Republican Party is sponsoring a workshop on how to run for public office on Jan. 26 at its headquarters at 75 E. Maiden St., Room 206.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. in advance of the workshop, which is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. and last until 2 p.m.

The workshop is designed for those who are thinking about running in the near future, whether it is for school board or state representative, or if someone wants to help another person run for an elected office in Pennsylvania.
