WASHINGTON

Terroristic threats charge: Tracy Ward, 50, of 176 Jollick Manor, Washington, was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault by city police Monday. According to the criminal complaint, police went to Ward’s residence about 7:15 p.m. Monday. Police said Ward chased a juvenile girl with a pellet gun. The girl believed it to be a real gun. According to the complaint, Ward said she did this because juveniles terrorize her. Ward was released on $25,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. June 19 before District Judge Robert Redlinger.
