CUMBERLAND
Criminal trespass charges: Angelia Marie Bowser, 28, and Timothy Shane Self, 33, both of 212 Randolph St., Carmichaels, were charged by township police with criminal trespass after they allegedly were discovered in an apartment at 105 Parkview Knoll, though they are not allowed on the property. Police arrived at the apartment just after 11 a.m. June 11 to serve an arrest warrant on Self.
FRANKLIN
Theft charge: Tamikka Ann Wilson, 33, of 60 Jefferson Estates, was charged by state police with theft after she allegedly was caught stealing about $1,600 from her employer June 8. Police said BP Coen Oil on Route 21 had been investigating a money shortage at the store. They allegedly saw on surveillance video Wilson stealing money from the store. She allegedly told them that she was using it to pay her bills.
RICHHILL
Drug charge: Dale R. Ealy Jr., 36, of 133 West Roy Furman Highway, Wind Ridge, was charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at his residence June 12. Police said they were serving a warrant on Thomas Eugene Allen Jr. at Ealy’s residence that morning. While in Ealy’s residence, they said they found a crack pipe belonging to Ealy.

Criminal trespass charge: Benjamin A. Kiger, 44, who police said is homeless, was charged by borough police with criminal trespass and harassment after he allegedly was discovered living in an abandoned trailer Tuesday. Police said that about 10:30 a.m., they responded to 400 E. Franklin St. for the report of an intoxicated man. Police said Kiger has been sleeping in the abandoned trailer, but has been warned by the property owner and the police several times that he’s not allowed on the property, according to the criminal complaint. When police knocked on the door, Kiger opened it with a beer in his hand and appeared to be intoxicated, the complaint said. As police moved him to their vehicle, he allegedly yelled threats at a woman on the property, saying that he would beat her.
Burglary charge: Jason Grow, 28, of Arnold, was charged by borough police with burglary, simple assault and harassment after he allegedly broke into his younger brother’s home and started punching him Wednesday evening. Police said that about 7:38 p.m., Grow knocked on the door at 363 Nazer St., where his brother, James Jordan, lives. When Jordan didn’t answer, Grow allegedly entered the house and locked the door behind him, according to the criminal complaint. Police said Grow accused Jordan of sleeping with Grow’s girlfriend, before Grow started striking Jordan in the face and chest, leaving him with a bloody ear, a lump on his eye and scratches on his chest.
