In Saturday’s story about the arrest of Michael Lowe of Burgettstown, who faces more than 160 charges related to several burglaries, it was incorrectly reported that the chop saw he stole from a vehicle was used to cut converters off the cars. Smith Township police said he used a battery-powered Sawzall to remove the converters. Also, he was interviewed at the police station, not his home. The arrest was the result of a combined investigation with McDonald Borough police.
