CHARLEROI

Threat alleged: Joseph Defilippo, 68, of 285 Spring Road, Centerville, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with making terroristic threats and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of threatening to kill a woman and her husband over a family dispute about 10 a.m. June 18 in the 100 block of Crest Avenue. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Monday for Defilippo’s arrest.

DONORA

Man charged: James Hough, 50, of 908 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with harassment and intimidation of a witness, court records show. Police accuse Hough of making obscene gestures and comments about a burglary case in the 600 block of Thompson Avenue about 1:45 p.m. Saturday at Angela McDonough, a victim and witness. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Monday in a summons.

HOUSTON

Man jailed: David Louis McIntyre Jr., 30, of 202 E. Pike St., Houston, is charged by state police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of punching his father, David McIntyre Sr., to the ground before choking him about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at 202 E. Pike. He is in Washington County jail on $20,000 bail set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.

ROSTRAVER

Theft alleged: Kendalynn Marie Hudgins, 24, of 6 Marion Villa, Washington Township, Fayette County, is charged by Rostraver police with theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft, court records show. Police accuse Hudgins of stealing $264 from a register while working at Gabe’s, 158 Finley Road, between May 15 and 19. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges Monday in a summons.

Man wanted: Gary Douglas Bryan, 49, of 173 Riggin Hill Road, Franklin Township, Fayette County, is charged by Rostraver police with theft over allegations he stole a tiller valued at $800 from Kim Dongilli of 286 Route 981 about 8 p.m. May 27, court records show. District Judge Charles Christner signed a warrant Tuesday for Bryan’s arrest.

Threat alleged: Steven Lee Price, 20, of 231 Water St., Belle Vernon, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats over allegations he threatened in a text message to harm Nickolas Mathews about 6 p.m. June 9 on Cedar Creek Road. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charge Tuesday in a summons.

Assault alleged: Chuck Buchko, 41, of West Wylie Avenue, Canton Township, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment by city police Tuesday. According to the criminal complaint, Buchko punched both Cheryl and Evan Stimmell multiple times in the head about 4 p.m. April 29 at the Dog House Diner, 1145 Jefferson Ave., Washington. A preliminary hearing date has not been scheduled.
